How to order?
Step1: Send your enquiry to us;
Step2: We will quote you our updated price ASAP;
Step3: You confirm with us via email;
Step4: We send you the Performa Invoice with the bank information;
Step5: You sign the PI and send the signed PI to us;
Step6: You arrange the payment according the PI, we will prepare the products according the PI;
Step7: We will deliver the products ASAP once the payment received.

Can you declare a lower value for the order?
We can declare a lower value for every order. If you don't need lower value or else, please put a message in the "Remark" text box in the product page. Then,we will follow your instructions.

Where is my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order unless the products specified the approximate date that they will be shipped. Please note that business days are Monday - Friday.
Orders placed on Friday will take 2 more days to process because we are closed on the weekends. Once the order was shipped, you will be getting a tracking number through telephone or e-mail.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We use different carriers to ship our products: FedEx, UPS, DHL or EMS. Besides, we have forwarder that mainly deal with the oversea vessel shipment.

What are my payment options?
We accept T/T, M/T, Visa, MasterCard, Money brokers, Paypal, bank deposit etc. refer to different order.

What's the trade term you do?
We do FOB Shenzhen Term. That means we release the package once we receive the payment and the express fee from Shenzhen to your end is on your charge, but we can be relaxible in some situation.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 days return policy (from the date of the shipment). The delivery fee from you to our end when return is under take by you, and the delivery fee from us to you after renew on our account.
